Opposing progressive liberalism, political correctness, and left-wing social engineering
Ordinary New Zealanders have witnessed democracy, their country, and their freedom of speech being stripped away from them over the past four or so decades as progressive liberals have occupied parliament, local councils, government departments, education, and the media. It has now reached the stage where people can no longer speak freely for the fear of losing their jobs or other forms of retribution. I have argued for years that political correctness is creeping communism, and that is exactly what it is; if one can’t speak freely or has his/her normal behaviour restricted then New Zealand is no better than an Orwellian, communist country.
The mere fact that the gay-marriage bill passed the first reading by 80 to 40 shows you there is now a dangerous imbalance in parliament; we no longer have a left and right wing; we only have left-wing representation.
Older New Zealanders who have lived in the conservative era prior to the onset of liberal, social engineering can clearly see the former worked and the latter is failing New Zealanders. Most young people raised in the socially-engineered era cannot compare and contrast as they have only experienced one way, the liberal way; they have been indoctrinated into believing liberalism is the only way and are incapable of rational thought. And therein lies the fundamental danger we face as a nation; New Zealand is now being governed by these irrational, radical people.
Conservatives have been polite for far too long, and it is now time we started fighting back because if we don’t New Zealand will be lost. We need to learn from liberals; we need to get into the streets and protest; we need to be constantly in the face of our elected MPs; we need to voice our opinions when we vote; we need to speak up.
The conservative blog has been designed specifically for people who wish to voice their conservative opinions. This site enables everyone to make blog posts not like most that just allow comments. Learn how by clicking here.
