Stuff: ‘Gay All Black wanted - to help tackle bigotry’—what?

Terry Wallbank's picture

All BlacksFor today’s post I’ve settled on Stuff’s Gay All Black article as it deserves attention; however, before getting into it a short intro is called for. I seldom waste my time with New Zealand’s media, apart from perusing the headlines sometimes, as we all know it’s just filled with biased, liberal nonsense.

For example, on the NZ Herald website this morning, they ran their typical pro-gay-marriage propaganda with this article ‘Polls: Gay marriage, right to die get the tick’ and Stuff ran the ‘Gay All Black’ article that I will comment on below. However, neither of them print anything that objectively counters their biased, liberal agenda. Neither of them would cover stories like these, for example:

Saturday Nation, a Kenyan newspaper, ran this story this morning Minister seeks school book ban over gay link.’ The article is about Kenya’s Education Minister who wants to ban the book ‘Whale Rider’ from its education program because of its gay nuances. In part, the minister said this:

“It is news to me that such a book was selected. I don’t care how intelligent the writer is, I will get it removed since Kenya is not ready for such a curriculum, at least not under my watch.”

And The Independent ran this story just a few days ago Tories warn PM that he's splitting his party over gay marriage, as leadership speculation mounts.’  The article highlights how David Cameron has completely misread the opposition to gay marriage. In part, the article says this:

“A survey of more than 2,500 Conservative Party members for The Independent found that a huge majority reject his arguments for legalising same-sex marriage.

The findings come amid renewed speculation among some Tory MPs that Mr Cameron could face a leadership challenge before the next general election. His critics fear that the UK Independence Party will exploit the opposition to gay marriage among natural Conservative supporters. They claim he will alienate Tory MPs further and if he fails to offer an "in or out" referendum on Britain's EU membership in a speech in the new year..................”

“The poll, carried out by the ConservativeHome website, found that seven out of 10 Tory members (71 per cent) believe that same-sex marriage is splitting the party and that three out of four (78 per cent) believe the Prime Minister has underestimated the strength of feeling.”

Moving on, have a read of the Stuff article below and ask yourself: Why are gay advocates calling for an All Black role model?’ And I will answer that question in my commentary below.

Stuff’s Gay All Black article:

Gay All Black wanted - to help tackle bigotry

Gay Advocates are calling for an All Black, past or present, to out himself and act as a role model to fight bigotry.

It comes after English football star Matt Jarvis, married and straight, featured on the cover of the UK's best-selling gay magazine Attitude last week to fight homophobia.

All Blacks utility back Aaron Mauger, also straight, did the same when he appeared on the cover of New Zealand gay magazine Express in 2005.

No All Black has ever come out as being gay.

But former All Blacks centre Craig Innes has joined the call for someone to do so. He said for the young gay community it would be huge having a rugby role model to look up to.

"I'd admire someone who had the guts to do something like that," he said.

Gay media personality Steve Gray said New Zealand's sports culture needed an All Black to stand up and be counted.

Gray claimed there were several gay All Blacks over the years, including one he'd slept with. Read more

The Marketing of EvilTo set this off, I refer to the book The Marketing of Evil: How Radicals, Elitists, and Pseudo-Experts Sell Us Corruption Disguised As Freedom by David Kupelian. This book is an excellent read and it clearly illustrates how we didn’t arrive at this gay-marriage predicament by accident, nor have we arrived here because of naturally-evolving times; we have arrived here as a result of a cleverly orchestrated marketing strategy emanating out of America.

First, let me give you some quotes from the book:

“In February 1988, some 175 leading activists representing homosexual groups from across the nation held a war conference in Warrenton, Virginia to map out their movement’s future. Shortly after, activists Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen put into book form the comprehensive public relations plan……………..”

“Kirk and Madsen were not the kind of drooling activists…………….They were smart guys—very smart. Kirk, a Harvard-educated researcher in neuropsychiatry………… Madsen, with a doctorate in politics from Harvard, was an expert on public persuasion tactics and social marketing. Together they wrote 'After the Ball: How America Will Conquer Its Fear and Hatred of Gays in the 90’s'………..”

“Kirk and Madsen’s “War Goal,” explains marketing expert Paul E. Rondeau of Regent University, was to “force acceptance of homosexual culture into the mainstream, to silence opposition, and ultimately to convert American society.” In his comprehensive study, “Selling Homosexuality to America,” Rondeau writes: The extensive three-stage strategy to Desensitize, Jam and Covert the American public is reminiscent of George Orwell’s premise of goodthink and badthink in “1984”…………”

In short, the Kirk-Madsen book became the blueprint for the homosexual movement which included a strategy that involved the three stages of Desensitisation, Jamming, and Conversion. This strategy has been mirrored across the western world and each stage can be clearly identified. Let me explain:

1. Desensitisation: This stage involves desensitising the mainstream public by applying positive attributes to homosexuality; in other words, to show homosexuality as a positive and not a negative. And this is done by showing homosexuality as being very similar to heterosexuality through funny, inoffensive sitcoms, etc. We can see this in New Zealand today with sitcoms like Will and Grace, for example.

2. Jamming: This stage involves silencing opposition to homosexuality by applying negative attributes to dissenters by labelling them as homophobes and bigots, etc. We can see that everywhere in New Zealand today, especially in education and in the liberal media.

3. Conversion: This stage involves showing homosexuality as being accepted by the mainstream through showing celebrities and public figures endorsing homosexuality; by showing people who we respect and admire accepting homosexuality. We can clearly see this in New Zealand today with John Key openly hanging around with and accepting the gay lifestyle.

But who do New Zealanders admire the most; who do they look up to the most? Ah you guessed it: The All Blacks! And that answers the question above: ‘Why are gay advocates calling for an All Black role model?’ If gay advocates can get the All Blacks on board, the deal is sealed.

The push to normalize other perversions is now starting to ramp up. Entirely predictable of course, unless you're a liberal.

Thanks, Urban, for that link; I will use it tomorrow. It is clear that gay marriage is just the start; the next on the agenda will be the decriminalisation of paedophilia.

Thanks for that interesting post Terry.

The three main points are clearly being used here in NZ, with left wing suckholes like Kiwiblog and Whaleoil going for the strategy so enthusiastically its sickening.

Being played for suckers and so so amazingly gullible.

Redbaiter, I really think they are completely unaware, along with the majority of young New Zealanders, of the fact that we didn't arrive here by accident. They honestly believe we've arrived at gay marriage as  a result of changing times. They can't grasp the concept that nothing changes without strings being pulled, and they most certainly have in respect to gay marriage.

Sorry Terry, but (at least with reference to Slater) he is *not* "unaware".  I've pointed it out to him on multiple occasions, as has Redbaiter and various others.  I've used really, really small words that even he might understand. I've said he's allied with the far Left, fighting the latest battle against the traditional family and against the traditional judaeo-Christian society which made western civilisation the greatest in the history of mankind.

He refuses to listen.

Gantt, thanks for that. I don't get over to whaleoil that often so was unaware that you and others had tried to educate him.

Slater's schtick is wanting to emulate the blogging style of that low-on-T-Cells homosexual pseudo-conservative Andrew Sullivan - he obviously has some weird, hagiographic man-love thing for him. I've tried to present Slater with stats and statistics but it falls on two blind eyes.

Slate is a silver spoon fed spoilt brat who considers him self "right wing" solely because he likes guns and hates labour unions. That is the philosophical and intellectual plane he operates from.

Urban, I wish I could add to that but can't; you guys seem to have more of a handle on him than I do as I am really quite new to blogging in NZ. I'm slowly getting around the blogs, but very slowly.
