Cartoon: self-ordained liberal speech police

Even though Rowan Atkinson was the victor in his battle over a hate-speech law in the UK, it is meaningless when vile, offensive liberals everywhere self-ordain themselves as the world’s speech police. And it is usually far-left liberal women at the bottom of most of it.
