First civil unions, second gay marriage, and then beyond marriage—the smoking gun on more gay agenda

Terry Wallbank's picture

We have heard all the liberal lies before, so why are people still being duped by liberal propaganda regarding gay marriage; why are they still being duped by feel-good slogans such as ‘New Zealand needs to stamp out discrimination’ and ‘New Zealand needs marriage equality,’ etc., etc?

The answer to that is simple: New Zealanders have been hammered with gay propaganda for decades, and even though they know gay marriage is wrong, they succumb; they simply succumb to the screeching cries of discrimination! discrimination! discrimination! and they want the problem to go away; they want to take a Panadol and go to sleep.

Liberals are all too aware that relentless pressure will make even the most ardent opposition succumb; they know the correct strategy is not to hit the opposition head on, it is to creep; it is to get the camel’s nose under the tent and then slowly get the whole body in.

You didn’t see Helen Clark, pushing for gay marriage and adoption, did you? You saw her push for civil unions (the camel’s nose) first. She knew this would be an acceptable solution as resisters would buy into her falsehood that marriage would be protected.

This is what Helen Clark said to the NZ Herald at the time:

“Should people who want to have legal recognition of a marriage be able to get it? The Government says yes, but you can’t marry. Marriage is only for heterosexuals. The Government is not—underline—not, changing the Marriage Act. That will remain as an option only for heterosexual couples.”

And here we are eight years later with gay marriage on the table and gay adoption in the wings, but if you think it’s going to stop there, it’s time to dig your deluded head out of the sand; it’s not going to stop there.

Urban Redneck, a commenter on this site, sent me a link to a website which directed me to what appears to be a newly formed gay organisation called The Queer Avengers which openly states its intention beyond gay marriage if it gets legalised.

Note:  As these young radicals can be very vindictive I haven’t posted a link, but you can easily find them: thequeeravengers.org.nz

Even though the organisation doesn’t appear to be very professional, it must be taken seriously as it collaborates with other organisations such as Legalise Love and The Campaign for Marriage Equality Wellington group. See the November/December conference they are having at the bottom of this post.

In a ‘Beyond Marriage’ link on The Queer Avengers’ site they openly state their intentions beyond gay marriage:

"We aim to highlight the limitations of marriage and adoption law, while supporting the call for marriage equality.

There are three main prongs to this goal:

  • Underlining that this is not the end of the line for LGBT struggles. Continuing obstacles include bullying, suicide and homelessness among LGBT youth, inadequate access to quality healthcare for trans* people and common intimidation and violence in the streets.
  • Telling the stories of relationships, and family structures, excluded or oppressed by marriage law – including polyamory and whangai adoption.
  • Highlighting how the state uses marriage law to police relationships, and structure access to resources. For example, how those in “relationships in the nature of marriage” are denied access to state support.”

Essentially, the above is the crux of what’s in store for New Zealand if the gay marriage bill passes. The bullying,’ etc., will mean more brainwashing in our schools; it will mean gender-neutral text books and words that are deemed offensive to gays like ‘mum’ and ‘dad’ will be banned.

The inadequate access to quality healthcare for trans*people’ will mean tax-payer funded transgender, sex-change operations.

‘Polyamory,’ the state or practice of having more than one open romantic relationship at a time, will eventually be legalised, which essentially means polygamy will be included. This clearly illustrates how Louisa Wall is lying when she says she opposes polyamory and polygamy.

‘Whangai adoption,’ extended families, will eventually be legalised.

Read The Queer Avengers’ policy:

“Below is a draft statement of our kaupapa. We expect to be revising it further in the current weeks.

We are an activist group. We know, we have seen, and we have experienced the hurt and the loss caused by homophobia, biphobia and transphobia. We are motivated by sadness, by anger and by love. We refuse to rely on the broken logic of this broken system to fight against it. We value collective action in the fight against injustice and the creation of societal change.

We stand in solidarity with those fighting other forms of oppression. We acknowledge that there are many amongst us who are oppressed in multiple ways, and we value our diversity. We fight against the pigeonholes we have been squeezed into; we fight for the freedom to define ourselves or not as we choose.

We are not just fighting for physical safety and legal equality. We are fighting for liberation, for empowerment, for visibility and respect of us as we are, as we may be, as we want to be. Our identities are positive, not some misfortune to be tolerated.

We are an activist group, but we are more than an activist group. We aim to create a sense of community in our meetings, our events and our networks. We seek to create a space that is positive and supportive, that enables a sense of connectedness and belonging.”

The ‘creation of societal change’ means more social engineering. ‘Empowerment, for visibility and respect of us as we aremeans special representation rights for gays in local and central government, government departments, and in education, etc.

Gay marriage is only the beginning of the nightmare!

Barry's picture

I think "gays" should dump the euphemism "gay" and be honest and call themselves homosexuals. The rest of us should call them homoxexuals

Terry Wallbank's picture

Barry, it was deliberately rebranded by Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen, American gay radicals, from homosexual to gay:

The Kirk-Madsen strategy involves three stages: Desensitise, Jam, and Convert.
Desensitising involves advertising or showing gays in a positive light as you presently see now in New Zealand when watching American sitcoms, and American and New Zealand documentaries, etc. You don’t see gays doing what they actually do, like kissing and in bed scenes, etc., because that would be offensive to most, you only see them as being fun-loving, friendly people. And if one sees gays this way enough, the gay lifestyle becomes harmless and normal, and people unwittingly become accepting. It also involves rebranding the word ‘homosexual,’ a negative term, with ‘gay,’ a positive term, and then framing the debate by using the term ‘gay rights’ which instills the automatic notion of rights similar to women’s rights, etc. Words like rights, love, and equality, are all positive words which are presently being employed to sell gay marriage to our touchy-feely, liberal New Zealanders without any regard for common-sense, reality, or fact because they know a liberal’s thought pattern is based on emotion as opposed to any form of rationale.

Gay marriage deliberate liberal propaganda strategy

And of course, recall that the last Labour government flagged the idea of lowering the age of sexual consent to 12 (all under the guise of easing statutory rape laws so a 16 yo boy having sex with a 15yo girl is not punishable) The Dutch along with a few other European countries did this some years ago, and one of the primary lobbyists pushing for the law change was the Dutch Association For The Integration Of Homosexuality (known as COC by its Dutch acronym)

This will be back on the agenda in due course. The sexual militants lobbying for it will not cease.

Urban, I vaguely remember the Labour Party 'age' stuff, but I wasn't aware of the Dutch stuff. It's interesting what blogs reveal. They don't just want sexual equality, they want power.
